How does monitoring work?
We re-scan the pages you add on a schedule with automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks (axe-core) and keep a dated history of every scan. Automated tests find some, not all, accessibility issues, so a scan history is a record of what was checked, not proof of compliance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What accessibility standards do you check?
We run axe-core checks covering WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, plus additional best practices. This includes contrast, ARIA labels, keyboard navigation, heading structure, and more.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, and you buy it yourself — switch the toggle above the plans to Annual. Starter is $278 a year instead of $348 (20% off) and EAA / Agency is $1,900 instead of $2,388 (20% off). What's included in white-label reports?
On the EAA / Agency plan you set your company name, logo and brand color in the dashboard, and can hide the RatedWithAI name. They appear on your scan reports, and the PDF you print from them, when you open them signed in. Reports stay on ratedwithai.com links; custom domains are not offered.
How often are monitored sites scanned?
Daily or weekly — you choose per site. Each scheduled scan is compared with the last one. We email you when the score moves or an issue appears or is fixed, naming the issues, and send a summary at least once a week when nothing changed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No long-term contracts. Go to /billing, enter the email you paid with, and we'll email you a Stripe billing-portal link — cancel, switch plans, or update your card in two clicks, no password needed. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
