RatedWithAI (ratedwithai.com) is operated by Bity LLC ("we"). This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. We do not sell personal information.

When you scan a website

• We load the public address you give us in a headless browser (run by our provider, Browserless) and test it with axe-core. We only load public pages; we do not log in to anything.
• Scans started on our website are saved as a report at a shareable link so you can return to it. The report holds the scanned address, the score and the issues found, including short excerpts of the page's own markup.
• If you give us an email address to receive a report, we use it to send that report and related follow-ups.

When you use RatedWithAI inside ChatGPT

• ChatGPT sends us only the website address you asked it to check (or the rule name you asked about). We do not receive your name, email, ChatGPT account details or the rest of your conversation.
• For each scan we keep an operational record: the scanned site's host name (not the full address), whether the scan succeeded, how long it took and how many pages were checked. We use it to run the service and to limit load. The scan result itself is returned to ChatGPT and not stored as a report.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived request logs, as it does for any website.

When you browse the site

• Our own analytics record the pages you view, the referring site and campaign tags. Visits are grouped by a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day, so we cannot follow you across days.
• We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising.

Accounts and payments

• If you sign in, we store your email address and the sites and monitors you set up (via Supabase).
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive the plan, your email and the payment status.
• Email (reports, alerts, receipts) is sent through Resend.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep data for as long as it is needed to provide the service. To have a report, your email address or your account deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email shibley@apistatuscheck.com. We answer within 30 days.

Children

RatedWithAI is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
