Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of RatedWithAI (ratedwithai.com and the RatedWithAI app in ChatGPT), operated by Bity LLC. By using the service you agree to them.

What the service is

RatedWithAI runs automated accessibility tests (axe-core) against public web pages and reports what it finds. Automated testing finds only part of the accessibility issues on a site. Results are information, not legal advice, and are not a certification that a site complies with the ADA, WCAG, the European Accessibility Act or any other law or standard.

Acceptable use

• Scan sites you own, manage, or have a legitimate reason to evaluate.
• Do not use the service to overload, attack or probe sites or networks, or to get around our usage limits.
• Do not submit addresses that are not public web pages.

We may limit, suspend or refuse use that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.

Paid services

Some features are paid. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. One-time purchases are delivered once. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your content

Scan reports you create on our website can be opened by anyone who has their link. Do not scan pages whose content you need to keep private.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Bity LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
