Common questions

The scan says it could not load my page. The scanner only loads public pages. Pages behind a login, on a private network, or that block automated browsers cannot be tested.
The scan took a while. Each scan loads the real page in a browser and checks up to three pages from ChatGPT (more from the website); 15-40 seconds is normal.
My score is high but I still got a complaint. Automated testing finds only part of the issues; keyboard and screen-reader testing by a person covers the rest.
